We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team, looking after our flagship product, the RecordPoint Data Trust Platform. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex problems that impact large organizations worldwide and operate at a scale few other Australian tech companies have reached. You will collaborate with a group of driven, curious, and customer-minded Product Managers— and have a lot of fun doing it.

How will I spend my time?

• Build a deep understanding of our customers.
• Define the vision and strategy for your product area within the Data Trust Platform, as part of the Product Strategy.
• Own your product area roadmap ensuring it aligns with the vision, strategy & OKRs for the Product Group.
• Work closely and collaboratively with an Agile, cross-functional software development team including engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing to deliver product experiences that delight and retain customers.
• Champion your product and collaborate with other product team members on dependencies & opportunities to build a holistic user experience across the RecordPoint platform.
• Communicate frequently to the broader business including Leadership, Go To Market, and Operations teams about your vision, roadmap, features, decisions, and insights.
• Own the success of your product area, analyze key customer behavior and product metrics obsessively, and iterate effectively. You’ll measure success by outcomes, not outputs.
• Drive execution in collaboration with your Product Engineering, Data Science, and Design peers.
• Collaborate with business development, sales, and other cross-functional teams in building products to support our target customers.

About You

• Experienced with building SaaS B2B products within medium to large technology businesses. This is essential!
• Experienced with delivering products using AI and ML.
• Customer obsessed - you are passionate about truly understanding customers, championing their needs, and advocating for them in all interactions across the business.
• Curious - You actively seek out learning and feedback. You have a hunger to know more be it exploring your product space or building your product discipline.
• You get it done - You’re that person that makes stuff happen.

• Strong communicator - you can tailor your communications to every audience, motivate teams through storytelling and ensure no one is surprised by new changes.

• You're someone who enjoys working with a team of amazing people to ship innovative solutions - and can point to an impressive record of doing so.
• Exceptional UX skills - you understand more than just the fundamentals of good UX.
• You thrive on being in the middle of a cross-functional team, wearing lots of hats, and doing whatever it takes to help your team and the business succeed.
